Borrower Records

A library keeps what you borrowed to itself. This page says what we record about you and who may look at it.

What the records contain

  • Card basics: your email, a hash standing in for the password, the name on the card, a birth date, a gender field and any text on your reading chair.
  • Your stories and chats, and the short notes each heroine keeps about the choices you made.
  • A session cookie, and a second cookie recording that you had your slip stamped at the door.
  • Payment entries holding an amount and a transfer reference. No bank card is taken, so none reaches the records.
  • Ordinary server logs, discarded soon after.

What they are for

Running the chat, applying the reading rules and keeping the library open. Messages travel to a language model on our own machines, or to a provider under equal limits, and software checks scan them for safety. Neither what you read nor what you write is sold, and no advertiser sees it.

Counting readers

A simple counter tallies visits and their countries. It does not record which chapter you read, and it cannot open a chat.

Your controls

A chat's own menu lets you amend her notes, export the story or wipe it. To delete the card along with everything attached, mail the librarian from the email you registered. Where your local law grants additional rights, tell us and we will honour them.
